Miley Cyrus Poses With Rude Genitals Cake At Liam Hemsworth's Birthday

Miley Cyrus has done it again -- and has gotten involved in another photo scandal! This time she has posed with a cake at her boyfriend's birthday... a cake shaped like a male's private parts.

Even though there are only baked goods involved, we were still pretty shocked at the photos!

The cake in question was created for Liam Hemsworth's birthday party, which he threw a party at Club Icon in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

During the festivities Liam was presented with the baked phallic-inspired cake.... although we're not really sure why genitals was his choice of design!

Regardless, Miley seemed to love it, and jokingly pretended to lick the X-rated cake, then got the giggles as she prepared to cut through it.

In other pics, the singer can be seen drinking cocktails (or maybe mocktails since she's underage) and dancing on top of a table in a short black dress matched with black suspenders.

This is not the first time Miley has been caught in cake controversy. In November, the former Disney star was presented with a Bob Marley cake at her 19th birthday party and infamously quipped 'I must be a stoner if my friends are giving me a Bob Marley cake!'
