Miley Cyrus Speaks Out In Support Of Demi Moore

06 February 2012

Miley Cyrus has taken to Facebook to support her LOL co-star Demi Moore, after it emerged this week that the actress is being treated in a Utah rehabilitation centre.

According to Radar Online, Miley wrote on her FB page, "Everyone needs to leave Demi alone. She's been through so much in the past year."

She went on to add, "She doesn't need the crap. How can you talk crap on someone you don't know?"

A source has informed E! News that Moore checked into a rehab centre the week after she was hospitalised on 23 January after collapsing at her home.

Details of Moore's 911 call was then released to the public, and included references to drugs that Moore allegedly consumed before the episode.

Despite the reports pointing to drug use Miley is adamant that Moore's issues have nothing to do with illegal substances.

She wrote, "The media makes everyone in Hollywood seem 'weak', 'stupid' or 'unbalanced'. Just because she's Hollywood doesn't mean she's on drugs. NOT EVERYONE IS ON DRUGS!!!"

We love that Miley is coming out to bat for Demi, but we can't help thinking her rant is a little misguided! All signs really do point to the fact that Demi has been using drugs, and if that is the case then she needs to be able to admit she has a problem before working on it!
