It seems baby Blue Ivy Carter is being formed into a diva right from the start, as her parents have filed a trademark application to stop anyone else copying her name!
The superstar couple Beyonce and Jay-Z lodged its petition at the United States Patent and Trademark Office on January 26, just weeks after becoming parents to their first child.

The application was submitted by Beyonce's company BGK Trademark Holdings, and is currently pending but is expected to be approved, according to the Washington Post.
Authorities have already rejected two applications from firms who have attempted to cash in on the name, insisting it belongs to a 'very famous infant.'
Do you think Beyonce and Jay-Z have the right to protect their baby's name?
