The 54th Grammy Awards have finally kicked off, and brought both the bold and the beautiful of the music world to the red carpet in Los Angeles!

We love the typically wild and quirky fashion of the Grammy Awards, but there are always a few fashion blunders we enjoy bringing to your attention.

BEST DRESSED

Adele



Showing off her svelte figure in a bell-sleeved sequinned black dress, Adele looked every inch the Hollywood siren as she swanned down the Grammy's red carpet. Do you like her new blonder locks? We love!

Rihanna



Rihanna was simply stunning in this plunging black silk custom Giorgio Armani gown. The dress featured a 'how low can you go' neckline that is complimented by a high slit, a dramatically open back and a mermaid silhouette with an elegant train. While Riri's hair was a bit too messy for such a sleek dress, we think her overgrown hair roots thumbed the sexy side of tousled and added to her look!

Jessie J



23 year old Jessie J wowed the crowds in a hot to trot Julien Macdonald creation made with what seemed like a charcoal metallic material. Jessie J is receiving a whole lot of kudos for this stylish dress but E! host Guiliana Rancic praised it for a different reason saying "Its a dress you can walk up to and check your teeth." Practical and pretty!

Taylor Swift



Taylor Swift looked stunning as usual in a nude silk mermaid gown by Zuhair Murad, Shoes by Prada, and jewels by Neil Lane. She never fails to impress in a red carpet situation.

Lady Gaga



Lady Gaga skipped the red carpet this year but we had to include her anyway. Custom Versace netted face, sweeping train and some sort of golden bodice. We heart.

Nicki Minaj



We have to say Nicki Minaj might have ousted Lady Gaga in the drama stakes this year! Nicki accessorised with a man dressed as the Pope, and we adored her little red riding hood attire. We're not really sure why she did what she did.... But does she really need an excuse?

WORST DRESSED

Katy Perry



We understand you've got the blues Katy but do you really have to wear it on your sleeve(s)? The emerald blue hair as a simple shock of colour could have been awesome, but coupled with the lacy blue gown it's all a bit much.

Sasha Gradiva



Clearly Russian singer Sasha Gradiva is determined to get in on the 'What's the weirdest thing I can accessorise with?' trend.... Unfortunately the 'my arm is a gun' craze definitely went out with the decline of the Terminator films.

Kelly Osbourne



Kelly Osbourne is still insisting on trying the nanna hair shade of lilac on for size. Once it could have been a head turner, but now it's getting old, and making Kelly look older. Matching it with a one shouldered silver pageant dress was also not a wise move.

Adam Levine and Anna V



Adam Levine rocked the red carpet in a fine suit, but his girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna seemed to have forgotten a good portion of her dress! The Victoria's Secret model has a super svelte body... but is that just cause to show the world her bikini line?

Fergie



Fergie's been out of the spotlight for a while now, and chose to make her red carpet comeback in a bright orange doily dress complete with visible underwear. Shame.
