Channing Tatum Dirty Dancing With Elton John?

05 April 2012

Channing Tatum really shouldn't be worried about not getting enough exposure, given he's in about a hundred movies at the moment - but nevertheless the actor decided to raise some eyebrows this week by dirty dancing with Elton John!

Channing has been pretty unashamed of admitting he once worked as a male stripper, and showed off some of these sexy moves by gyrating with Sir Elton John at a benefit concert on Tuesday.

The crowd was also treated to a musical performance from Hollywood stars Meryl Streep, Bruno Mars, Jennifer Hudson and Sting, who organised the show in aid of his Rainforest charity.

They probably all got overshadowed by Channing though!

Sir Elton was thrilled to join the star-studded line-up (and the lap dance), telling reporters:

"It's probably one of the most fun things you could ever do. What kind of event would you expect to see Meryl Streep singing with Jennifer Hudson and Bryn Terfel and Channing Tatum dancing, and Rosanne Cash and Vince Gill, you know?"

"It was just such a programme - and Bruno Mars, who is astonishing, and Esperanza Spalding. It's like a wish list of people you've never played with. It's the most fun thing to do."
