Lily Allen Is Pregnant With Second Child!

She welcomed her first child Ethel last December (2011) -- but according to recent reports Lily Allen is now pregnant with her second child!

Lily and husband Sam Cooper are said to be 'thrilled' at the prospect of welcoming a brother or sister for Ethel according to the Sunday Mirror.

A source told the paper: 'Lily has started telling her friends and everybody in her close circle is so excited for her.'

'It was a surprise but Lily and Sam are thrilled. The pair of them have loved every minute of parenthood so far and wanted to expand their brood quickly. So it's great timing.'

However a spokesperson for Lily has refused to comment on the claims.

Meanwhile a friend has reportedly told The People that the pair are doting parents to their daughter Ethel -- and estatic that there is another one on the way!

'They are great parents and absolutely devoted to Ethel. The pair of them are just delighted they've got another one on the way.'

'They're such a happy family with Ethel. This is really great news.'

The news comes at the same time as Lily making a tentative step back into the music industry -- revealing recently that she is in the studio working on new music.

The singer, who 'retired' from music nearly two years ago, returned to the stage last weekend to perform with her pal Professor Green at the Stone Roses gig in Heaton Park.

She tweeted of the event, "No @professorgreen wasn't swinging a cat around on stage @heatonpark that was me trying to sing. loved it, thanks manchester x x x' (sic)"
