Snow Patrol Announce 2012 Australian Tour -- Dates Here!

Mellow rockers Snow Patrol have confirmed they are coming to Australia this September, for an intimate and acoustic east coast tour!

The band are visiting Australia off the back of their latest album Fallen Empires and we can't wait to hear what they bring to their live performances!

Snow Patrol rose to fame with a string of chart topping singles, including Chasing Cars which shot to fame on Grey's Anatomy and continued to do well for a number of weeks!

Of the new album, lead singer Gary Lightbody revealed "This feels like a proper record to me... A grown up record, but a fun record. I've always wanted to make an album that could rank with the ones that inspire me, and hopefully this one will. I'm really proud of this album. Listening to it thrills me and that is a beautiful thing indeed."
