Lady Gaga is usually in the media spotlight for whatever outlandish outfit she is wearing at the time, but this week she's getting attention for wearing nothing at all!
The singing superstar has stripped down naked to promote her debut fragrance Lady Gaga Fame.

Like the black liquid of the perfume, this latest image is dark and eery, with Gaga posing like a Botticelli pin-up babe and little men clambering all over her.
