Teen Choice Awards 2012 - Best And Worst Dressed List

The Teen Choice Awards have wrapped up in Los Angeles, and we thought it was high time to dissect the fashion!

Being a summer event, and with such a young clientele the TCA's dress code definitely has a casual vibe.

We usually see lots of colours and lots of short skirts and we definitely weren't disappointed this year!

Best Dressed List

Taylor Swift
Effortlessly stunning -- we adored 22 year old Taylor's Maria Lucia Hohan dress. This is a bit more skin than you would normally see in a Taylor outfit, and we loved that she dared to be a bit risque!


Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez is the epitome of a teen star in Hollywood (although she did turn 20 over the weekend!). We love that she's not dressing too old, and that colour really suits her!



Lea Michele
Lea Michele loves to try out over the top ballroom dancing gowns, so we're glad she's kept it simple this year! This Versace dress looks great on her, and her makeup is natural and not too overdone!



Worst Dressed List

Kevin McHale
Kevin from Glee might be trying to stand out from the crowd with this look... but he's probably making people stare for all the wrong reasons! We think he should have stuck with plain jeans if he was going to try out the two toned shoes and shirt!


Hayden Panettiere
OK Hayden's hair and makeup still looks stunning, but her dress is way too garish and overdone! That mermaid tail doesn't need to be there, and we generally don't think it's a great idea to match your outfit to the carpet!


Carly Rae Jepsen
Normally Carly Rae has a really great sense of style, and while her pins do look rocking here, the Lisa Ho ivory blazer and shorts combo looks a bit too short. Like she's forgotten her pants.
