Amy Winehouse Remembered - One Year Death Anniversary

It's been one year today that Amy Winehouse was found dead in her Camden home, and Take 40 want to take a moment to remember that fantastic talent!

Coroners later confirmed that the singer, who had battled drug and alcohol addiction for several years, had died of alcohol poisoning.

In the year since her death, Amy's dad Mitch has started a charity in her name and written book entitled Amy, A Daughter, that details their relationship.

Proceeds from the memoir go towards the Amy Winehouse Foundation.

"I've finally managed to get a sense of how brilliant she was," Mitch Winehouse revealed to MTV.

"Hopefully, I will be able to sit and listen to her music and watch videos someday, because that's how I want to remember her."
