Azealia Banks Admits To Being Star Struck When Meeting Kanye West

Up and coming rapper Azealia Banks has revealed that she was so star-struck when she met hip-hop heavyweight Kanye West, she refused to rap in his presence.

Kanye reached out to the rising rapper last year (2011) and they met up in London to spend the day hanging out, but Banks admits she was too nervous to show Kanye what she is made of.

She recently told Vibe magazine, "He hit me up like, 'You're mad talented. What do you eat for breakfast?' The whole conversation was pretty dense - two Geminis in one room. So it was so many ideas flying."

"We spent the whole day together, but the best part was dinner. We're eating out (of) the same plates with chopsticks, and he's freestyling for me. I was like, 'Oh s**t, this is real!' You know how you smile so much your face hurts?"

She added, "No, (I didn't freestyle for him)! I was so nervous like, 'Oh my God, I don't want to say anything wack.' Like, I start rapping and he looks at me like, 'Nah, b**ch, chill, this is my show.'"

Maybe time for a collaboration?
