WATCH: Die Antwoord Diss Lady Gaga In Fatty Boom Boom Video

17 October 2012

Die Antwoord are fast becoming the most controversial musical act on the scene – for both their explicit lyrics and provocative video clips.

And now the duo from South Africa have taken things to the next level by mocking Lady Gaga in their latest video for track Fatty Boom Boom.

Earlier in 2012 reports surfaced that Die Antwoord had declined an offer to open for Gaga, with rapper Ninja and Yo-Landi Vi$$er explaining to MTV that they refuse to be associated with her brand of pop.

Lady Gaga Looking To Buy Edith Piaf's Toenail Clippings?

Ninja revealed, “We like making pop music, and like hardcore music at the same time, mixing them, but it’s got, like, soul… It’s not like weak, superficial shit. You know?”

Now they have taken their dislike of Gaga to a whole new level – with the Fatty Boom Boom clip featuring a Lady Gaga look alike (complete with meat dress) taking a van tour of South Africa.

On the tour Gaga comes across Die Antwoord and expresses her admiration of their ‘freaky’ fashion and wonders whether the band would open for her.

That’s when things start to go horribly wrong – as the van is hijacked and Gaga flees on foot into the threatening streets of South Africa.

Gaga ends up in a doctor’s studio and has a wasp extracted from her nether regions (a twist on Gaga’s Born This Way) and eventually gets eaten by a lion in the clips bloody end!

Check out the clip below – but beware it contains some extremely explicit language and themes! It is not for the faint hearted!

What do you think Gaga will make of the clip?
