Chinese New Year Festival To Star Celine Dion And PSY

This year, China’s Lunar New Year television special will showcase Celine Dion and Korea’s "Gangnam Style" singer Psy.

This hugely popular event is a great tradition in China, and this year it is set to draw a billion viewers, according to the China Daily.

The show will air on Saturday – Chinese New Year’s Eve – across multiple channels in China and for more than four hours.

Traditionally this spectacular features a range of performances ranging from comedy sketches to folk songs to ballet dances.

This year the event will see Celine Dion performing her global hit My Heart Will Go On, from the Hollywood blockbuster Titanic, which became extremely popular in China after the movie was released in 1997.

China Daily also reported she will also sing in a duet in Chinese.

PSY will presumably perform Gangnam Style… and maybe nothing else.
