Mandy Is Happiest As A Brunette

Mandy Moore is super duper happy now that she's a brunette!

The singer/actress used to sport long blonde locks when she first hit the big time in 1999 with her debut album. But after an impulsive decision to go the chop and dye her hair dark brown almost two years ago, Mandy says there is no turning back.

"I'll never go blond again," she said. "As cheesy and insignificant as it is to say that you've found yourself in a new hair colour, it's the truth."
