Ellen DeGeneres On Her Way To Australia - Healthy + Happy

Ellen DeGeneres is finally on her way to Australia and has shared her excitement online!

Last week the famous talk show host had to postpone her trip, after falling ill with the flu.

Now that she’s better her and Aussie wife Portia De Rossi are on their way Down Under, and we couldn’t be more excited!

This morning Ellen tweeted "I'll be in Australia in 3 days! And I've got big plans for Sydney on Saturday. Don't miss it."

She also added "I've got my Swisse energy tablets for the plane. This time I won't get the flu when I flew."

Over the weekend she confirmed the trip was still on, posting "People of Australia! I'm down, but I'm not out. I'll be in Sydney next weekend, and Melbourne after that. More details soon!"

"Thank you, everyone, for your kind thoughts and tweets. I missed a week of shows, but I'm starting to feel better!"

We can’t wait to find out which special guests she’ll have on her show – we’re hoping for some killer Aussie musical performances!
