Kylie Minogue Working With Producer Darkchild On New Album

Rumour has it that Kylie Minogue has teamed up with music producer Darkchild on her upcoming album!

The American musician, real name Rodney Jerkins, broke the news about working with the Australian pop star this week.

And the pair have already been in the studio working on a song co-written by recording artist Elijah Blake.

And it seems the pair have already built a strong professional relationship - with Rodney tweeting his delight at being in the studio again with Kylie the next day.

“DAY 2 Working with @kylieminogue #PureMagic Pleasure working with u Kylie!. (sic),” he wrote.

Rodney Jerkins has worked with a host of stars including Britney Spears, Beyonce and the Spice Girls but he has never collaborated with Kylie before now.

Kylie is also working with Norwegian duo Stargate on her new record which will be the first new album she has released since 2010's Aphrodite.

The record is expected to be released later this year (2013).
