Britney Spears is hooking up with Madonna once again - but no, not for another pash fest - this time for the first single from her forthcoming album!

Britney's upcoming single 'Me Against The Music', will be available next month and will feature Madonna on vocals! The track, co-written by Spears and produced by RedZone, will be accompanied by a sexy music video that will feature both of the pop divas!

Britney's highly anticipated fourth studio album 'Get In The Zone', is scheduled for a November release.
