Kylie: World's Richest Wedding Singer?

Aussie pop-star Kylie Minogue has received over $500,000 to perform a 30-minute show at the wedding of an Indian billionaire's daughter.

Held in a castle outside Paris, the wedding reportedly cost steel-tycoon Lakshmi Mittal $100 million and was attended by more than 1000 guests - who were stunned when Minogue made her surprise entrance during the reception.

"I pinched myself when Kylie sang Slow", one guest said. "People didn't have dessert as her performance was more tempting."

Mittal's 23-year-old daughter Vanisha married Amit Bhatia in the 5-day celebration, which was held in various locations including Versailles.
