German Doctor Saves Jacko's Nose

A German doctor has revealed that he has saved Michael Jackson's nose from complete disintegration.

The Sun has reported that Werner Mang used tissue from Jackson's ear to replace the destroyed nasal cartilage, which was disintegrating due to numerous operations to minimise the size of the singer's nose.

Mang said: "The nose of Michael Jackson is now fine. But I think he is obsessed with aesthetic surgery, and it's dangerous for his health and his skin.

"I think Michael Jackson wants to change from a black man to a white woman."

Despite Jackson's repeated claims that he has only ever had two minor operations, Mang believes that Jackson has had surgery each time a new album was released:

The doctor said: "He should have stopped after the Thriller album. After 'Thriller' Michael Jackson was very good looking. All was OK.

"He always told my colleague, 'Could I have a tattoo? Could I have the nose thinner?'

"But he should never again have aesthetic surgery for the face."
