Fatboy Slim's Musical Muse

Fatboy Slim has revealed that his wife Zoe Ball is his muse.

The mega-successful DJ said that Ball is a big influence on his music, and recently introduced him to Scottish band Franz Ferdinand.

Slim said: "My wife plays me a lot of music...every now and then I'll hear a track she's playing and think oh, what's this?

"Zoe plays me records I wouldn't normally hear. I normally get sent dance records so don't really listen to other things."

But not all of his wife's taste appeals to him.

"She is a Barbara Streisand fan though and sometimes I have to draw the line and say a big 'NO' when she puts that on."
