Usher Wants J-Lo to Confess

25 January 2005

R & B star Usher is angry with Jennifer Lopez for allegedly stealing a song he chose not to use while recording his latest album "Confessions".

The singer believes that J-Lo's new single 'Get Right' is actually a re-recorded version of 'Ride', which was co-written by Usher in 2004.

He said: "I hate it, but I'd better get some of the publishing rights or else. I didn't put it on my album because I couldn't get it right. But I didn't expect J-Lo to just take it."

Usher co-wrote the song with Producer Rich Harrison, who reportedly decided to use the song while recording songs for Jennifer's upcoming album 'Rebirth'.
