50 Cent has promised fans will see a new side of his personality in an upcoming autobiography.
The tough-talking rapper says it's the best chance fans have of fully understanding him, because he's never completely opened up in his music.
"There's certain things I don't write about because I don't get that personable with the music all the time," he explained.
In the liner notes to his autobiography, entitled 'From Pieces To Weight', he writes:
"To a lot of people, I may be too young to reflect on life. And they may be right. But I'd be wasting my blessings if I didn't use the attention I'm getting to shed light on the experiences that have caused me to say the things I say and make the kind of music I make."
Along with 50 Cent's book, a movie based on his life, "Get Rich Or Die Tryin'', will be released later this year.
