Madge Not Hung Up On Xtina, Gwen

04 August 2005

Madonna has denied reports she will collaborate with Christina Aguilera and Gwen Stefani on her new album.

The album, "Confessions On A Dance Floor", will be released in November, and after Madge and Christina Aguilera were spotted leaving a West Hollywood recording studio together, rumours were rife the two had cut a duet.

But Madonna's spokeswoman, Liz Rosenberg, has dismissed the claims, telling gossip site The Scoop, "Christina is working on an album in the same building as Madonna, but they have not seen each other. Gwen Stefani is not appearing on the record either. It's all Madonna, all the time - a total dance record called 'Confessions On A Dance Floor'."

Rumours that the first single, 'Hung Up', will include a sample of Abba's 'Ring, Ring' have also been denied.
