Kanye's Karate Capers

Kanye West is a man of many, many talents. Not only is he an incredible musician and great one-man P.R. machine but he also reckons that as a child he had some serious karate skills.

The born showman spent some time as a child living in China where he would put on impromptu karate demonstrations in the street for money.

"When I was little, my mom took a job over in China, and I used to do karate demonstrations for pennies," stated Kanye.

"To be honest it was pretty entertaining for me, and I used to spend what I earned on ice-cream. My mother was like, 'How can you ask for money from these poor Chinese people?' I guess I was a hustler in fifth grade, entertaining people."
