Coldplay To Call It Quits?!

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin let a big bombshell drop at the recent Brit Awards in London, effectively saying that the band planned to take an extended break from music.

Martin who was accepting the 'Best Album' award for the band's 'X&Y' record announced that the guys were "fed up" with being in the music biz. "This means so much to us," said Chris, "especially now. It's going to be a few years before you see us again...People are fed up with us - and so are we."

We have a sneaking suspicion he may be joking - at least we hope he is anyway!
