While the whole of Australia got behind the Socceroos over the last few weeks our boys look to have picked up some unusual fans in the form of Coldplay.
The English band who arrived in Australia last week and played their first show in Sydney last weekend have watched with eagerness all of the Socceroos games.
"The thing about Australia is they play that game like life should be lived. It's great to watch it," commented singer Chris Martin.
"This has been the best time of our lives to have jetlag because finally there's something to watch at that hour of the morning," said guitarist Jon Buckland
