Chilis Call Peas And U2 Sell-Outs

11 July 2006

Red Hot Chili Peppers' drummer Chad Smith has accused the Black Eyed Peas and U2 of being sell-outs after they let their songs be used in advertisements.

"I'd feel like a jerk if we did that. But they're all lining up to do it," said Chad of bands letting their songs be used for ads.

"I think Black Eyed Peas look like a bunch of idiots. It's dangerous. The U2 song on the iPod when it came out was weird and it was longer and it had more parts."
